Do you want to develop life-long friendships with Jewish people having similar interests, background, age, or marital status? Then today's Hadassah may be just the right organization for you! Whether you're looking to network with other young, dynamic career women, meet recent retirees or empty nesters, have a desire to engage in "quality time" Jewish family educational experiences with your pre-schooler, do some in-depth studying of Hebrew, Jewish history or literature, contemporary issues, advocate for women's issues, health, education, and medical research, locate a youth group or summer camp program for your elementary, high school, or college age child, or find a potential spouse for your brother, sister, friend, or yourself--Hadassah has a group for you!

Founded in 1912 by Henrietta Szold as a study group for women, Hadassah is currently the largest Jewish women's voluntary organization in the United States, with over 306,000 members. Its 1,500 chapters in Israel and around the world support an extensive network of medical research, vocational, and training institutions in Israel. In the United States, it supports Jewish education for children, families, and individuals.

Westchester Region of Hadassah has over 7,000 members in our chapters in Westchester, the Bronx, and in Greenwich (CT).
